Thanks for signing up for Enclave One. Below you will find the steps of the onboarding process. Eligibility is required to be completed within 30 days unless an extension is agreed upon in writing. Questions? Chat us below or schedule a call.

You have 30 days to confirm There are 4 ways to confirm your eligibility (pick one):

  1. Email us your CyberAB eligibility validation (for C3PAOs, RPOs, ATPs, APPs)

  2. Email us your Microsoft Government Community Cloud General Validation of Eligibility (for organizations that handle government-controlled data, or are a US federal, state, local, or tribal government entity)

  3. Email us info on your Facilities Clearance that we can validate in the National Industrial Security System (NISS)

  4. Sign up for HireRight (for orgs that don’t meet any of the above, but have a physical presence in United States)

Everyone will receive an Enclave One domain email address by default. If you want to bring your own domain, please follow the appropriate instructions below to link our GoDaddy partner account so we can onboard it to Enclave One:

  1. View available domains and purchase here

  2. If you already have a domain in GoDaddy, you can delegate us access by following these instructions.

  3. If you already have a domain in a different provider, you will need to transfer to GoDaddy by following these instructions.

You must migrate all CUI into Enclave One with the following steps.

  1. Submit to receive a document ID for any physical (i.e. printed) CUI (or simply shred existing printed CUI)

  2. Transfer any CUI emails into your Enclave One mailbox

  3. Delete any CUI emails from your old mailbox and backups

  4. Transfer any CUI files into your Enclave One OneDrive or SharePoint

  5. Delete any CUI files from your old file locations and backups
