Ariento Partner Chris Rose to speak at Wall Street Journal (WSJ) Small Business Academy

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 25, 2018 -- Founder and managing partner of Ariento, Chris Rose, has been named as a speaker at the Wall Street Journal's Small Business Academy, a two-day event that will take place October 15-16 in Dana Point, California.

The conference is one of only two WSJ events on cybersecurity annually, and is geared towards executives and business owners of small and medium sized businesses. It aims to equip them with the skills to manage the mounting risks of cybercrime.

"I look forward to being a part of the Small Business Academy, not just as a speaker but as an attendee" said Chris. "The Wall Street Journal has put together a great team of experts with diverse backgrounds. As our world becomes more connected and the need for information security continues to grow, events like this are critical.  I couldn't agree more with the goal of equipping business owners and executives with the skills to manage the mounting risks of cybercrime."

As the Chief Information Security Officer for the United States Marine Corps in the Republic of Georgia, Chris ran security operations at the highest level.
